Who Can be a Member?  

  Membership to the Pittsburgh Chapter is open to all members of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants.

How Can I Join?

National Membership: contact the AALNC toll-free at 1-877 402-2562 or send an e-mail message to infor@aalnc.org.

Pittsburgh Chapter Membership: contact our Membership Chairperson, Patty Costantini at 412 939-3426 or send an e-mail message to kesrehab@aol.com.

When and Where are the Meetings Held?

    Meetings are held every second Wednesday at law offices and restaurants in the Greater Pittsburgh vicinity.  Locations for the year are announced and meeting announcements are mailed to members in advance and are posted on this website.  Guests are permitted to attend the General and Educational Meetings.

Do I qualify to be a member?

    Levels of Membership are as follows:

  • · Active: A Registered Nurse maintaining an active license in the US or its territories, who is working in a consulting capacity in the legal field.
  • · Associate: A Registered Nurse maintaining an active license in the US or its territories who is interested in the goals and activities of AALNC, but has NOT worked in a consulting capacity during the previous 12 months.
  • · Sustaining: An individual who practices law or any other individual, business, organization or facility with an interest in the goals and activities of AALNC.

Different levels of membership have different costs.  Our Membership Chairperson can tell you the specific cost of the level of chapter and national membership, for which you qualify.  Her number is 412 939-3426.

    You can apply for a yearly membership at any time. Membership for those LNCs who join after September will run through December of the following year. Remember: You must first join the National Association before you can apply for membership in the local chapter!
